Practice Profile

We are a young firm, specialising in Property law and Conveyancing. We were established in 2008.

Our firm is headed up by Robert Baigent LLB (RAU), who qualified as a Conveyancer in 2003 and has since then, practised as a Conveyancer.  He headed up a large Conveyancing Department for five years during which he gained immeasurable experience and expertise which enabled him to establish his own firm.

He is assisted by Charlene Van Tonder, a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal, who has been working as a Conveyancing Paralegal since 2000. Charlene has had extensive Conveyancing experience and managed her own department prior to joining our firm. Charlene joined the firm in 2011, but had worked with Robert prior to Robert starting his own practice and her joining has now completed the team. 

Our firm provides Pretoria Deeds Office Correspondent services to a number of Conveyancing firms.

We also provide Conveyancing and other legal services to the East Rand.

The Conveyancing process can often be a complex and daunting experience and our goal is to minimize this stress, by providing a quick efficient service. Our strength is our communication with our client, keeping them well informed, earning their trust and confidence and building lasting relationships.

What makes us different from other firms is our ethos, which is one of providing a personal and approachable relationship with our clients.  We will go to our clients to sign all necessary documents even after hours. Our goal is to provide a quick effective and uncomplicated Conveyancing service to all our clients.
